IFEBP's Releases Value-based Health Care Glossary for Employers

Many employers agree that creating healthier employees is key to their organizations’ success, but taking the first steps can be daunting. The newly published Value-Based Health Care Glossary of Terms helps employers understand the fundamental terms and concepts of value-based health care (VBHC) so they can lay a path toward healthier organizations.

Developed by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, the glossary is part of an ongoing, multi-step initiative to provide practical ways for multi-employer and public employer plans to integrate VBHC strategies.
