PCPCC Releases Updated Report on Cost and Quality

The Patient-Centered Primary Care Collaborative has released its latest update of its "Summary of Medical Home Cost & Quality Results: 2010-2013." This summary provides an overview of evidence and results from medical home demonstrations taking place throughout the United States and, according to the PCPCC, reinforces the medical home's direct and tangible effects on quality, outcomes and costs.
