Call for Applications – 2015 RWJF Culture of Health Prize: The RWJF Culture of Health Prize is awarded annually to communities that are working to build a Culture of Health. In 2015, up to 10 winning communities will each receive a $25,000 cash prize and have their accomplishments celebrated and shared broadly to inspire locally-driven change across the nation. RWJF wants to hear how your local leaders and community members are creating solutions that give everyone the opportunity for a healthy life. Access more details here.
