We are seeking an individual whose characteristics include business acumen, strategic agility, managerial courage, and political savviness. The Executive Director will lead and motivate an 11-person team of highly talented individuals to advance our bold vision of improving health quality and reducing costs in Washington state. Ideal candidates will have multi-year senior leadership in the health care sector with a demonstrated understanding of health care delivery, quality and cost measurement.
