The AstraZeneca HealthCare Foundation will be accepting applications from nonprofit organizations working to improve cardiovascular health in their communities as part of the Connections for Cardiovascular HealthSM grant program. Applicants must aim to address an unmet need related to cardiovascular health, address the urgency for tackling cardiovascular health, and improve the quality of life for patients and non-professional caregivers. Coalitions working with their members and other partners on cardiovascular-health related issues may wish to consider applying for this funding.
DEADLINE: Online applications will be accepted from February 1 - 28. A preview of the application is available throughout January on the grant program website.
