The Health Policy Institute of Ohio issues policy brief on exchanges

The Health Policy Institute of Ohio (HPIO) has released a new policy brief summarizing the major provisions of the exchange establishment and functions final rule released by the federal Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

The brief highlights key stakeholder considerations regarding these provisions and is the first in a series of policy briefs HPIO will issue over the next few months examining various aspects of exchange implementation.
